Firstly you should download KingTut101's nature pack

Then create a city with water on it. Water is very important for humans.

And break ICE B) . That's why water is important for humanity. Humankind can't live without cash

And now you are rich :)

Simple demolish Sea Rocks. You could get up to 1MT in a giant map.
