Big high school changing

Now a big high school costs 2000T a month, but a regular high school only needs 400T.
A big high school have 75(I think)influence, but a regular high school have 30 influence.
So why are Big high schools not cost-effective? We should change it because if you use bigger facilities, it should be cheaper.
There are two ways to change:
1:Change the big high school influence to 150.
2:Change the monthly cost of the big high school to 1000T.
Hope the developer can do it.
