Why can't I make big region size 50?

When I'm at the console when I enter my region code it will be alright and then later on it will freeze wait a while it crashes, open the game again and it did show what I made but it's empty only shows a loading screen and black space in the background how do I properly make my region without crashing it.

Yes. But My Game Its Nothing Crashed. Crashed Are Too many Plugin. So JustAnyone I Turn off some unused plugin.

Comparing with my ram are occasionally 440-470mb after play a game 490-350mb after cleaning phone 560-440mb and rarely 600mb. My storage is 22.8GB with no pack included. I recommend storage 10GB+ with 1GB+ RAM to play TheoTown in phone, for pc look at the steam (steam are unblocked now in Indonesia! yeeee... )
