How do you make Turbine interchanges

Im tired of making Clover Interchanges for most of my 4 point interchanges, if you know what i mean.. so i decided to tey making other interchanges..
I tried making turbine interchanges myself, but they turned out crap...

So can someone give me a tutorial on how to perhaps? Thank you!
