It should be "We are currently unlocking this map for you", right?

Both are correct English.

We currently unlock this map for you. = We have started the process for you. Completion guaranteed.

We are currently unlocking this map for you. = We are processing this for you, but we may stop.

Ehh.. I mean, they lack the appropriate words, such as "are" and "unlocking"

We unlock = Present Simple used to describe situations that happen regularly
We are unlocking = Present Continuous used to describe situations that are happening right now
So it should be we are unlocking
