To change the frame within a category using the arrows

I would like to know how to rotate frames within a category.
I have a frame...
"frames" : [
I am using four {"bmp":"○○.png"}, ] to make it work, but do I need to use width and height to set the frame?
It works when installed as a rotation, but the frame image does not change at all even if you change it with the arrow within the category.
Could you please tell me the plugin template?

Have you tried using "rotation aware":true, also?

I tried it when I was struggling with various things at the time.
In the end, although I was able to rotate it, I was unable to adjust the preview frame itself.
Also, even if it is completed to some extent, it will not be able to pass the manifest gate when posting it on the store, so I have no choice but to give up on creating it.
However, there is no problem for personal use.
