Hello everyone! Here's a new Argentinian plugin.
In this case, a highly requested one is the Kavanhag building, which was the tallest building in Latin America From 1936 to 1947 And it is located in the Retiro neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
The 120-meter-tall building is an icon of Argentine architecture, being one of the first truly tall buildings in America (excluding the United States).

The plugin is 6x6 in size and features night animation and a transparent floor.
In the back, I created a park in homage to Plaza San Martin, which is in front of the building.

Gangli Wangjing is a landmark mixed-use complex in Qianjiang Century City, Hangzhou. Primarily featuring premium office towers, it also includes hotel and executive residences. Located at No. 1909 Hongning Road, near the Qingchun Tunnel entrance in Xiaoshan District's Qianjiang Century City, Hangzhou, the project consists of three towers—A, B, and C. Towers B and C each stand 40 stories high (approximately 150 meters). With a total floor area of around 139,000 square meters, it was completed in 2015.

Auezovsky District Police Department, Almaty
Inspired by a police station in Almaty with a strong Soviet-era architectural style, discovered by the author during a visit in 2024.
The plugin is based on the Police Department of the Auezovsky District, located at 10A Shaǵyn Aýdaný, 11A.

Several exhibition halls in the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, designed by SANAA, are clustered like a village under a circular roof, creating free and fluid spaces between them.

What's new in version 1.1:
-Redesigned the graphics of blue variant of the 10X ETrain.

The 10X Elevated Train, simply 10X ETrain, are the elevated trains that the capacity is 250 and it can be driven with speed 3, the 10X ETrains are available in seven colours:
-blue
-green
-yellow
-orange
-red
-pink
-purple

Differences between 10X ETrains and TheoTown's default elevated trains:
TheoTown currently has two default elevated trains. one of them is called "Main" and the taller one is called "Secondary". The "Main " elevated train capacity is 80 and it can be driven with speed 1, but the "Secondary" elevated train is taller, having more capacity and can be driven faster than the "Main" elevated train, the capacity of the "Secondary" elevated train is 120 and it can be driven with speed 1.2. however, the 10X ETrains are taller, having more capacity and can be driven faster than both TheoTown's "Main" and "Secondary" elevated trains. the capacity of the 10X ETrains are 250 and it can be driven with speed 3.

This stadium has been requested for a long time, and I finally finished it and improved its textures.
I am a fan of this club and I visited the stadium in 2017.
It has a capacity of approximately 46,000 people and features a transparent floor and nighttime entertainment.
