This is the generic Security Station you can find somewhere in Kinetos, 6SE. It's basically a small office with some "Volunteer" Security members or such being hired.

Yeah you're basically hiring people, because in Kinetos there isn't any real laws, so everyone can do anything because that's by constitution, however there are some security stations like this one because there's a lot of factors that forced it to be created (For safety, Duh?!)

This adds a relatively cheap Police station that also gives some management for realism. Sensible monthly price and cost to build. But they don't really have police cars, they look like they have but it's mostly for something not related to actual police work (you're barely giving them any crumb to work with)

This is Edutri (Education - Three), it's a large commercial building repurposed for a school building, made in the 1st Segregated Empire. It's built by Skytree Corporation, the same company that made the Eysia Tower, but well, they as a corporation makes everything.

It's a combination of Elementary, Middle, and High school (EHM) for some price and land, and a generally high income

This thing is huge, and even it's insides are.
High Education, Low Education, Some culture in one building.
It also can hold like, 30k+ high education students, and 16k+ low education students.
Yes, it's Expensive... EXPENSIVE, almost a megatheon to build, and some ten thousand theon to keep, but it's real nice. You can only build 10 of them, though, it's balancing :)

It's a 670m tower, it would've been an office building, but here it is, a large-sized school building.

NOTE: This building takes quite a ton of money to upkeep, so don't overuse it so you don't crash your market

This is the HSB-TOKA Corporation's main headquarters, it's massive.
You know what else is massive? Ads!!!

HSB-TOKA is a giant corporation in the 2SE, They hold some of the goverment, military, and the usual home appliances. They make fighter jets, ridiculous AI stuff, nuclear reactors, build cities, electric tools, mining things, and more.

This is a 2 Kilometer tall building located in the 2nd Segregated Empire's Capital; Tosontsonyr, the same city the Skytree Eysia was built.
It is a gigantic tower, with massive air vents to cool the huge data centers it holds, reduce drag to stop this building from collapsing, and 4 base pillars so massive it could've been an apartment.

This tower has one dominant thing: a gigantic screen, for what? For ADS!, of course.
It's fake ads but yeah, every night cycle there would be one new ad. Don't worry, they aren't paying you to display ads, they just... Add tax income, I guess?

I think that's the main attraction...

A 1.6 Kilometer tower, also known as the "Mile High Eysia"

It's a dense housing building meant for thousands of people at once, both permanent or rotating residents.

It has night animation, a very very tall stance, and rather useful function.

Not actually 1.6km tall in the game, but it's a good representation on how it would look if it were actually a mile tall.
