V2 update: Fix the plugin price due to complaints

Introduction:
Tired of too much pollution that trees can't EVEN handle it? I'm Wepf from Wepf corp. present ya with the new Air purifier!!!

This plugin only includes air purifier building which can reduce pollution.

Important note for people who see this on forum after see this plugin on plugin store: This Plugin Store version of this plugin is actually the v5 version of the one on TheoTown forum

What's new: Change building textures and add more frames with new night animation, fix prices.

Introduction:
This is a recycle barn, a recycle barn for small villages, it's cheap in-case you don't have enough money to build landfill
