Rosewood Hong Kong is a top luxury landmark on the shore of Victoria Harbour. Opened in 2019, it is located at 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. It belongs to the Victoria Dockside Art and Culture Retail District, adjacent to K11 MUS. EA and the Avenue of Stars.

Architecture and design

The building is built by KPF Office, and the interior is designed by Ji Yutang with the concept of a vertical mansion, combining old Hong Kong style and modern luxury, and is covered with art collections. There are a total of 413 rooms/suites, and the basic rooms start from 53m2, and more than 80% can see the sea view of Victoria Harbour, with Savoir bedding, marble bathroom and separate bathtub.

Greenland Shandong International Financial Centre is located in the core area of Jinan Central Business District. The core area of Jinan Central Business District starts from Jingshi Road in the south, to Industrial South Road in the north, to the Olympic Sports West Road in the east, and to Wenbo West Road in the west, with a total area of 3.2 square kilometres. The total land area of Shandong International Financial Centre is 430,600 square metres. The business type is mainly distributed in Xintiandi Commercial Street, Grade A office and high-end residence. The 428-metre ultra-high-rise project began construction at the end of December 2016, and will be completed and put into use in 2021.
