UPDATE: Lowered the requirements from 330K inhabitants in one city, to requiring a Lvl 16 City.
Yes, you can finally make "Animation Vs. TheoTown" possible with this pack.
Plug-In Summary:
A pack of 12 tall, 2x2 sculptures of stick figures that are "loosely inspired" from the hit animation series "Animator Vs. Animation" (AvA) and "Animation Vs. Minecraft" (AvM) both by Alan Becker on YouTube. Requires a "Large Metropolis" (i.e. Lvl 16) rank to be unlocked, and each stick costs 200K Theons to be built, along with a monthly cost of 250 Theons and a limit of 4 stick figures per city (for each stick figure in this pack.)
Plug-In Specs:
- The pack has its' own category under Awards called "AvTT Pack", the very first one.
- There are at least 12 stick figures, each having four frames to display (first half with their arms down, the other is with their arms up.)
- Each stick figure costs 200K Theons (initially) to be built.
- Requires a city of Level 16 (Large Metropolis) to unlock the whole pack when playing in an non-sandbox mode. (Formerly, you needed 330K inhabitants in a city to be unlocked in non-sandbox modes.)
- Each stick figure has a Culture influence of 100...
- ...But with a monthly cost of 250 Theons.
- Also, you can only build four of each stick figures for one city only.
Stick Figures in this pack:
- Orange Hollowhead
- Red Stickman
- Green Stickman
- Yellow Stickman
- Blue Stickman
- Purple Stickman
- Tall Orange Stickman
- Tall Orange Stick King
- Black Hollowhead
- Red Hollowhead
- Grey Hollowhead
- Corndog Stickman
(For the moderator's request, I can't use the actual names from the series inspired.)
Credits:
- To Alan Becker and his team for the entirety of the AvA and AvM IP...
- To Lobby and theothederich for the new "TheoTown" logo used in the thumbnail.Award and Special30417.69KBAny

A pack of drafts that contains 3 impractical water tanks that are guised to be pumping coffee (hence water will be referred to as "coffee"), and 1 non-square decoration of a spilled coffee mug sculpture.
Contents:
1. Big Coffee Cup - A 3x3 building that pumps "coffee" and it costs 5000 to be built initially, but it has a monthly price of 1750 to pump at least 1250 liters of "coffee". It comes in a variety of eight colors in the following order: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Magenta, and Turquoise. And for each color, it also has 2 orientations: left and right. So, a total of 16 different frames of Big Coffee Cup.
2. Big Coffee Mug - Same price, monthly price and water output as the Big Coffee Cup. But it's contained in a 2x2 grid and only has two colors: Black and White. Still has the orientations left and right. (4 frames)
3. Small Coffee Cup - A 1x1 building that pumps 450 liters of "coffee" for a monthly rate of 1650 Theons. Initial building cost starts at 2500. Has 4 different designs to select from: Usual (Brown), Blue, Green and Yellow.
4. Spilled Coffee Mug - A 2x3 decoration that is a spilled coffee mug.Supply (Energy, Water, Waste Disposal)30140.59KB1.12.27

Allows you to plant a Doom Shroom from Plants Vs. Zombies to explode a whole city.
Plug-in Specifications:
- Contains a single draft of Doom-Shroom.
- Has 4 frames: 2 of his usual form (based off of Rich Werner's Doom-shroom design in PvZ1) facing left and right, the other 2 is based on a knock-off plushie of Doom-Shroom with a full grey body and a darkened sclera with red pupils.
- Costs 1750 Theons to be built instantly.
- Can be found in Decorations (even though it's placed in Military in-store... Because, military is where the explosion is.)
- It explodes when lit on fire for at least a minute at normal speed.
- The explosion radius is now at 10. (Formerly at 200, but that'll ruin the play for everyone else.)
- Since this plug-in is capable of destroying nearby structures, multiplayer is strictly set to "false" to avoid griefing in online mode.
Credits
- Rich Werner, who did the original designs of Doom-Shroom from PvZ 1
- And to PopCap Studios (Under Electronic Arts or EA for short) for the PvZ IP entirely.Military3081.95KB1.22.66
