After months of inactivity (well until now), I nearly forgot to publish this plugin that I have worked on since LAST YEAR. Well it was intended for my city airport in Metro Bayang-Malabang and also this was a plugin request by my bro Josh. So here it is! I welcome you guys to an airport terminal that will look good for small city airports or regional ones. Also, try to be creative when creating guys!

The pack consists of 3 buildings:
South Facing Facade (White Building 4x4)
East Facing Facade (Yellowish Terminal with Side Roofs 3x3 and Dark-Bluish Building 4x4)

I am slowly trying to go back to plugin making Insha Allah (If Allah wills), I am currently finishing some Filipino Buildings up to this moment and currently working on some new way to build a building on a slope without having those annoying foundations below it. Hope you like the plugin guys!

Are you tired looking at bare concrete under the highway just like how your life seems so empty and useless right now? Are you tired of seeing those empty streets with no humans in sight? Just like how you felt alone when all of those people you knew abandoned you? Do you feel so helpless when you see that you can't put diagonal fences on your highways and get forced placing an annoying square styled fence on it? Like how you felt like you don't belong to anywhere and being a burden to everybody?

WELL SAY NO MORE I PRESENT TO YOU THIS NEW COMMERCIAL FENCES AND PROPS PACK! щ(゜ロ゜щ)

I'd like to thank Theo and Lobby for the textures used in this pack. This features 5 commercial fences for your elevated highways, 3 diagonal fences to choose from, a garbage bin that can be plopped via fence style, a food walkway for your streets, and a 2x2 food park for your citizens to rest and eat!

The diagonal fence is incomplete though, codings and textures will contradict with fences being plopped on diagonal roads facing south (In-game south). So this will suffice roads that are facing north only. I also advise experimenting with the fences so you'd get used to it.

To revive the series, I'm currently creating various buildings that are closely Filipino styled for my upcoming Metro Oro city. And since I want to share my buildings to you guys, then here it is! This pack has both 1x1 and 2x2 buildings to start with. It also includes recreational areas like a basketball court, an open field with a small volleyball net, and a tennis court. All the buildings doesn't need road except those gated houses. Try to make the best out of your Filipino Towns! This pack will be expanded in the future. Next update would be Filipino Townhouses and City Houses (Both T and TT).

I'd like to give my huge thank you to both Theo and Lobby for the in game textures (Basketball court, Tennis court, the barn roofs, and etc.) Since the style of those textures fit with Filipino styled buildings so I used them. I hope you'd enjoy the plugin guys!

Hey guys, to completely finish my port pack stuff (Warehouses excluded), I'll be releasing the remaining port furniture I have created.

This pack offers a Gantry Crane, Overhead Gantry Cranes for your containers, and a decal for the port! Use them to beauty your very own industrial ports! Hope y'all like my plugin!

Note: Both the cranes are found in decorations and the decal on the ground. That's all guys!

Here for my comeback project, I continued the plugin which I created for like the last month's of inactivity. Here's a building on my hometown which features a wet market and a supermarket on the 2nd level. This is like one of our main markets in the city. And this would look good on your medium rise borough on your city. This gives jobs to your low-income population. I hope you guys would like my plugin.

You may feel shocked about this new plugin I'm gonna release. It may seem different from other plugins I have created. This is a modern building found in my city here in Cagayan de Oro. Well these buildings have been changed a bit on my perspective and such. But I retained mostly the real features the building has.

This consists of 5 buildings found in Upper Balulang ( Uptown ) Cagayan de Oro. I hope you enjoy this plugin and wishing you all the best!
