This building creates energy from burning natural gasses which is directed towards a set of turbines. These type of powerplants are used to balance the electricity grid and is 'cleaner' than other fossil fuels such as coals because of lower CO2 Emissions.

This large warehouse/hangar type building will supply your city's water and serve as an filtering station (not very strong filter though), This building gets water by pumping water and collects rainwater and filters it into usable water for your residents and buildings to use.
