This pack contains several low-rise commercial buildings. From strip malls to big-box retailers, this plugin's got it all. Or at least a lot of it.

Like the name implies, this would work well in suburbs of cities, especially American cities, since that was my main inspiration behind this plugin lol.

Libraries are great places for people to read and study in peace. However, there are no libraries in the game, so I made one.

This building has a little influence radius for both low and high education, and is unlocked at level 10. While it likely isn't the best for stats, it's just nice to have a library to begin with.

Personally, I made this plugin because I thought the road graphics were off.

Example: On a two way expressway, the median is dotted. But on a four lane highway (one side has two lanes), we instead have a straight, undisturbed line splitting the lanes in half? Even if I wasn't American, I'd still think these graphics wouldn't make any sense.

So instead, I just remade the road graphics by overriding the vanilla roads and putting a more logical texture on them. The roads from Neighborhood Roads can also be found here, with textures that go along with these.

Also, texture, resource, or graphics plugins should be a thing because there are some things that don't even use these textures, such as premade intersections...Not to mention, if any region disallows plugins, these roads can NOT be used, and you will have to disable them.

> There are other shopping mall plugins, which are actually excellent, but if you don't feel like they fulfilled your needs, or you felt like they were complicated, you have this plugin, which allows you to simply build American-like shopping malls in your very own TheoTown cities.
> Your shopping malls will have their own spheres of influence for parks and culture. The radius of influence will depend on the type of mall and the amount of floors.

> Unfortunately, in America, they seem to dying out in this Retail Apocalypse, which has been plaguing the retailing industry for the last decade, but that doesn't have to be replicated here in TheoTown.

This building actually was started in 2018, but it was horrible looking, even after adding the night lights in November (2019). But thanks to the help from Kulche, I believe this is now upload-worthy (I just forgot to upload it at the time).

Anyway, I created a remake of the skyscraper at 600 Canal Place, Richmond, Virginia. This is my first uploaded skyscraper and I think it's gonna be one of my best looking plugins for quite some time.

(I think it may also be one of the first plugins with night light, as I didn't see the emergence of night lit plugins until after I showed the tower and it's night lights. However, I think there's at least a few plugins made before this one with night lights.)

Specs: 4×4 Wealthy (TTT) Commercial, with 751 workers.

Want to get rewarded for your population milestones?

This plugin does exactly that. It adds five rewarding star-shaped statues. They have Park Influence (range depends on level). Each star takes up a four by four (4x4) space and can each be built one time only.

The five types (in order):
Wood = 100 Population = 10 Park Influence
Bronze = 1,000 Population = 25 Park Influence
Silver = 10,000 Population = 50 Park Influence
Gold = 100,000 Population = 100 Park Influence
Diamond = 1,000,000 Population = 200 Park Influence
