Oslo Opera House is a landmark cultural building located in Bjørvika, Oslo, Norway. Opened in 2008, it was designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta. Its distinctive sloping marble roof resembles a glacier rising from the Oslo Fjord and also serves as a public space where visitors can walk across the building. The building is home to the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet and features a modern combination of marble, glass, aluminum, and oak.

CONRAD SEOUL is a luxury hotel located in Yeouido, Seoul, and forms part of the IFC Seoul complex. Opened in 2012, the hotel offers 434 guest rooms and features modern architecture with extensive glass curtain walls. It is directly connected to IFC Mall and is conveniently linked to Yeouido Station, making it a major landmark in Seoul’s Yeouido financial district.

IFC Seoul (International Finance Centre Seoul) is a major mixed-use complex located in Yeouido, Seoul. Completed in 2012, it consists of three office towers and IFC Mall. The complex was designed by Arquitectonica and features modern glass curtain-wall architecture. Three IFC, the tallest tower, rises to 284 meters and serves as the centerpiece of the complex. IFC Seoul was developed as part of Yeouido's transformation into an international financial district.

D Tower is a modern office and commercial complex located in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Completed in 2014, the building features a distinctive glass curtain-wall design with irregularly arranged volumes and a large commercial area at its lower levels.

Completed in 2011, the complex consists of two 45-story residential towers and features spacious apartments, landscaped gardens, and various community facilities. Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is a luxury five-star hotel located in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Opened in 2015, the 25-story building was designed by Heerim Architects & Planners. It features 317 guest rooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness facilities, and event spaces. The building combines contemporary architecture with elements inspired by Korean tradition and is located near major historical landmarks such as Gyeongbokgung Palace.

KT Gwanghwamun Building East is an office building located in Cheongjin-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Completed in January 2015, it was designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop and SAMOO Architects & Engineers. The building is 25 stories above ground and features a distinctive glass curtain-wall facade and a 12-meter-high piloti that makes the main volume appear to float above the ground. It also incorporates landscaped spaces, a rooftop garden inspired by traditional Korean architecture, and various sustainable design features.

One Sydney Harbour is a luxury residential complex located in Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia, designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano. The complex consists of three residential towers featuring distinctive glass curtain-wall facades that reflect the surrounding Sydney Harbour. De Rotterdam is a building on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, designed by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture in 1998. The complex is located between the KPN Tower and Rotterdam Cruise Terminal and was finalized at the end of 2013. On 21 November 2013, the municipality of Rotterdam, as the largest user, received the keys. The design provides space for offices, a hotel and apartments. The 44 floors amount to a total floor space area of about 160,000 m², making it the largest building in the Netherlands.

Perhaps the best-known example of a well-functioning public housing complex in Vienna, the Wohnpark Alt-Erlaa includes 3180 apartments, each with a balcony or loggia.
