TheoTown

===== Full Name =====
> Modulable Shopping Mall (v1.1)

===== Description ====
> Shopping malls, or shopping arcades, are terms usually referring to places serving as a large central hub of commercial and retail.
> In America, these shopping malls would typically have a walkway, with storefronts lined up and facing the path. These halls would typically end with entrances into the mall, or with larger stores, known as anchor stores, which serve as main attractions to the mall.
> There are other shopping mall plugins, which are actually excellent, but if you don't feel like they fulfilled your needs, or you felt like they were complicated, you have this plugin, which allows you to simply build American-like shopping malls in your very own TheoTown cities.
> Your shopping malls will have their own spheres of influence for parks and culture. The radius of influence will depend on the type of mall and the amount of floors.

===== Unlock Requirements =====
> Generic (One Floor) Parts | Level 7
> Generic (Two Floor) Parts | Level 8
> Skylit Parts | Level 11

===== Important Notes =====
> All buildings will be called Commercial TT, despite the fact that I provided a title and description of the buildings. The game itself does that and I haven't found any way around this. However, when placing the buildings, the name is found in the top right corner.
> Unfortunately, in America, they seem to dying out in this Retail Apocalypse, which has been plaguing the retailing industry for the last decade, but that doesn't have to be replicated here in TheoTown.

===== What's New in v1.1 =====
> Added anchors. Like I said, these are found at the end of halls. For now, they do not have any night animation.
> Category icons are no longer the same.
> Small ID change to the Generic Hall (One Floor). You will have to replace them after this update.
> Price lowered from 55 to 50.

Enjoy your shopping malls!
