A shader that let you change the color of your city with the shade of Red, Green and Blue plus Saturation and Light

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- If Has, Kindly delete old version of RGBSL before installing this one
- If, having the plugin 'Terminal Exchange', DO NOT update it if you're using the old 'RGBSL Shader'

• Update Vendor files to 3.2.3
• Fix crash from previous vendor
• Remove support to IOS
• behave 'update' calls when configuration was not touched

How to use:
• activate 'RGBSL' shader at Settings>Graphics>Shader>RGBSL
• Configure the color using the tool provided in this plugin
