Navigate to your home directory, you'll find there a folder called TheoTown that contains a similar file structure to the TheoTown folder on Android. For example for me that's located in: C:\Users\JustAnyone\TheoTown

It is sandbox, but still has auto generated sand. Also, there are two new regions which have alot of sand

I see there have been quite a lot of changes and additions to the game while I was away. Some good stuff really!
Sadly it seems, the construction animation for rci-buildings has been reintroduced to the sandbox mode? That is a bit annoying in my opinion because for players like me, who don't care about the simulation part at all and who just want to build a nice looking city, it makes construction quite a bit tedious and uncomfortable. It was nicer when you were able to see the result instantly in order to decide whether it looks good or not.
But other than that, really good job.
