Rocket failure disaster and rocket smoke texture

Well ive been following space books about rockets recently and NASA's greatest nightmare is thier rocket to crash or something but come to think of it, why not add a rocket launch failure disaster! I know this is not a good thing but its cool of you think, but it should be an disaster thats is opitional. And why not put an exciting things in a rocket launch like smokes in rocket like the missile silo!

This is my opinion, feel free to dislike but i do not want arguments

About the rocket launch failure, its already implemented, you are either way too lucky to not experience it.
About the rocket launch textures, might be a graphical/technical limitation as we speak. But you never know.
