After like two weeks or three... I decided launch his first version.
As his name says... It's a Siren that uses the new Disaster condition...
The sound... Discover it when you install it for first time

The Siren can be activated by any disaster.

I'm planning rework the texture... I notice them a bit bigger than normal ones... And I don't know if I can insert a animation with the sound... Also I either know if I can put two fun conditions in a same building
