Managed plugins don't display (v1.11.63a)

Need help.My friend has more than 1000 managed plugins, but after he updated the game from v1.11.35a to v1.11.63a. He told me that his managed plugins don't display in the "Installed" list. But other things are normal, he can use these plugins in game, and local plugins can display.

By the way, he also tried v1.11.57a, but plugins didn't display either.
How to solve this?
I think the number of his plugins is so huge that it cause the issue, what about you?
