I cannot import back my plugins :'(

So... basically i switched to another phone in May, and I reinstalled Theotown. The "backup" I did was copying the info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown folder from android/data.
That folder contained all my maps and regions saved, and the plugins that i downloaded into a folder called "managed plugins".

When i copied the folder back and reopened the game, only the maps and regions were imported successfully, the plugins didnt appear, and when opening a city it obviously says that i didnt install the plugins, i tried to use the built-in file manager but it doesnt have any option besides the import here button, that didn't work.

What should I do??
