There is no way to complain to the developers. My game crashes every 5 seconds. I can barely scroll across the map anymore. I can’t even clear my cemeteries and landfill anymore and I just lost half my population in one city due to disease outbreak. This is getting aggravating and I am sick and tired of being ignored.And yes I tried deleting plug-ins but then I lose the buildings I have placed.
