How do I make a separate folder for the plugin?

In order not to search for buildings from the pack in various folders, some creators create personal folders on the main construction menu. How can I create the same separate folder with the contents of the plugin? There will be an example below:

Please provide me with an answer, preferably in the form of a code or an example for such a folder.
