Pollution has a Carbon Dioxide. It removes too much carbon dioxide (CO2) and it also reduce too much noise in the city.
First Plugin in Waste Disposal
There's no plugin category for waste disposal on this forum so I put it on miscellaneous section.

Suggestion: Place it if you want your Landfill, waste incinerator, and Buyback center near in your residential area.

Hey, this plugin is my version where I change building from park to public building(a.k.a. Management) because thought that it will reduce little pollution, I know because one day I use park to reduce pollution, but I need to build many of them because it reduces little pollution.
