A package of lilac bushes/trees to add a fragrant purple bloom to your city. Winter frames are included.

This plugin contains a bunch of animated fountains (fountain sprays, to be exact) which you can place on both land and water. Extra decals are included for an easier fountain building experience.
The fountains can be located in the Parks category, although they do not provide any park influence.

Update v.2.5 : Reduced waiting time at traffic lights although some cars still disappear spontaneously while waiting (do I need to reduce the time further?).

Indonesian style housing complex. There are three types, regular 1x1 houses, larger 2x2 houses, and a combination of the first type of houses (with slight design differences). The first type of house has several color and detail choices.

there is one special house, a house with a 0% down payment.

At the moment there is only one structure in this plugin, but there will be more in the future.

This building is an office with 49 floors, it has TT wealth level and is in the commerce category. The image of the building was made by rendering different sides of my building in MagicaVoxel.

My first plugin was made when I was 12 years old, and now I'm 15 and I mainly create mods for the game Urbek City Builder...
