It's a fictional industrial plant. It's 4x4. All parts of the building,are created by myself. It has 350 workers, night animation and smoke. The smokes used are: watervapor00 and smoke05. I tried to reduce the pollution but I failed, sorry.

This plugin includes decorative parked buses and trucks, perfect for your terminals and industrial areas.
The drawings were made a long time ago, so the vehicles are decorations, not animated. Angled parked vehicles have one less in the horizontal layout due to limited space for all the details.

"The Slope Building" is a 90s architectural design that inspired by the old skyscraper in NYC. The structure composed of multiple beam structure and a pencil-like building core that support the entire structure. Also the exterior design inspired by the dazzling glass design of World Trade Center. If you can see the building shaped is look like upsidedown slope thats because to maximize the space. (Sorry for my poor grammar)

Hello everyone, our plugin for a day is one of the Philippine skyscrapers that has never been built; the second plugin is "PAGCOR Tower."

Update (6-30-2026)
V 2.1- I forgot to put a night light on the upper part of the building; Improved Night Light.

The PAGCOR Tower was a proposed observation tower located close to Manila Bay in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines, with a height of 665 meters. The tower was intended to serve as the focal point of the recently opened Pagcor City (also known as Entertainment City Manila), an integrated recreational area with hotels, shopping centers, casinos, and convention centers. It would have been one of the highest towers not merely in the Philippines but in the whole world if it had been built.

The influences applied in this plugin are:
Culture (315) - The Pagcor Tower itself was a landmark that was supposedly a focal point of the establishing Entertainment City near Manila Bay.
Park (50) - The ground floor had trees and a water fountain; it is considered a mini park. Additionally, one of the reasons is its long elevation, which allows those elevated atop the tower to take in views of your lovely city.
Management (100) - Like Philippine Diamond Tower, Pagcor Tower was also a broadcasting tower that served as an antenna, it radiated information like news and management to the people in your area.

Notwithstanding the favorable advantages, the maintenance cost of the building is 1,475 Theons to keep the building standing tall.

‎Sky City Tower, located in Changsha, China, is an 838 meter tall highrise skyscraper with an area of 8x8, a landmark category plugin. The influences contained within the building are nature (95), the building itself is eco-friendly; culture (95), its height is considered a landmark; and park (15), the trees are a park for the people who want to lower their cortisol. Nevertheless, the maintenance of SC1 cost 500 Theons.

Hello mga Kababayan, this is Philippine Diamond Tower, (1st plugin) one of the Cancelled skyscrapers in the Philippines. Today, this plugin has been updated (V 2.2) "Improved Ground Texture"

Note: Due to the limited source of the PDT design, most of the details of PDT are made in my analytical imagination and theory from that limited source.

The Philippine Diamond Tower (PDT) was a high-rise observational and broadcast tower initially planned to be built on North Triangle, Quezon City. Additionally, this tower served as a landmark not just for Metro Manila but for the whole Philippines. The height of the building was purposefully planned to be 612 meters; its height represents Philippine independence that occurred on June 12, 1898.

The influences applied in this plugin are:
Culture (300) - The PDT was a Philippine landmark as a whole, due to its triangular foundational design that embodying the 3 stars (islands), the culture area from PDT are abundant and spacious.
Park (50) - The ground floor of PDT had a grass and trees, it is considered as a mini park. Additionally, the elevation of the tower is one of the factor, the people on the top of the tower can enjoy the view of the landscape of your beautiful city.
Management (100) - Since PDT was a broadcasting tower that served as an antenna, it radiated information like news and management to the people in your area.

Despite the enormous influence, the monthly cost of the tower is inevitable, it costs 1,450 Theons for the structure maintenance and especially the culture, park, and management influence provider.

Halo semuanya 👋, Senang rasanya melihat bahwa saya berhasil membuat gedung pencakar langit yang berasal dari Indonesia. (Hello everyone, It's good to see that I made a skyscraper that is from Indonesia.) In this series, I'm going to recreate a plugin from various structural designs that come from SkyscraperPage/S.H. Lee's taller/lower than Burj Khalifa videos (I have done this since 2022). For the eleventh plugin for today, which is from Nusantara, a newly built capital city of Indonesia, one of the center buildings in that city is the remarkable BUMN Tower, or Badan Usaha Milik Negara Tower.

Note: This might be my last build plugin due to my vast free time will soon ending. Special thanks to all of Indonesia, and Alien D.C for bringing this building to life. Additionally, I would like to include @Yingqin1000Indonesia, @Limbochaos, (YT) Theotown IND, and other players (who are glad that I came back) for supporting my plugins, I deeply appreciate all of your support. ‎The BUMN Tower (Badan Usaha Milik Negara Tower) is an ambitious megatall skyscraper planned as a central landmark for Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara (IKN). With the height of 780 meters, it is intended to stand as a symbol of national pride, unity, and economic progress, the tower integrates state-of-the-art sustainability with modern urban living.

Another Note (~May 29, 2026): I was thinking of building BUMN Tower a week ago, but I shifted it to the next days. After uploading Burj Mubarak al Kabir, Initially, I'm going to build Oblisco Capitale building. But on the other day, when I was using Tiktok, I came across the comment of 'crts__', this is the turning point to halt the Oblisco Capitale and instantly shift to BUMN Tower. Also I have a strong urge to do the building anyway.
